This year, Symbiosis International ( Deemed University ) has revised its SNAP 2024 test format. The candidates can apply for maximum 3 attempts for the exam out of the 3 tests scheduled. The best the performance out of the attempts made will be considered for the final percentile calculation.

Symbiosis will be conducting SNAP 2024 across 80 test cities in the country on:

*Timings of the tests will be communicated to the candidates via their Admit Card

This year, the examination will contain 60 multiple choice questions divided into three sections:

• General English, 
• Analytical and Logical Reasoning and Quantitative
• Data Interpretation & Data Sufficiency

The SNAP 2024 test will consist of only MCQs.

Question: When will the SNAP 2024 exam be held ?

Symbiosis will be conducting SNAP 2024 across 80 cities in the country on the 8th,15th, and 21st Dec 2024.

Question: When can I fill out the SNAP application form in 2024 ?

Registration for SNAP 2024 is now open. The last date to register for SNAP is 22nd November 2024. You can register online for the test at www.snaptest.org. 

Question: Is negative marking applicable in SNAP 2024 ?

Yes, negative marking will be applicable in SNAP 2024. The marking pattern to be one (1) mark for each correct answer and 25 % negative marking for each incorrect answer.

Question: What happens when an application form is submitted with wrong information ? Can candidates get a chance to fix the error ?

You need to ensure that the information you have filled in is accurate since no change in name, date of birth, category, test city, will be entertained once the online payment is done.

Mistakes in the application form will lead to rejection.

Question: What is the application fee amount for SNAP 2024 ?

The application fee will be Rs. 2250/- for each attempt of SNAP 2024. The programme/college fee (Rs.1000/ per programme/college) is to be paid only once.

Question: Has there been any change in the syllabus of SNAP 2024 ?

Yes, there have been significant changes in the SNAP 2024 exam syllabus which are as follows:

• SIU has decided to conduct the SNAP test 2024 on three dates. 
• Candidates have the option to voluntarily participate in all three tests for SNAP 2024.
• SNAP 2024 will be a 1-hour test year. 
• There is no change in negative marking. The marking pattern to be one (1) mark for each correct answer and 25% negative marking for each incorrect answer.
• Special questions have been eliminated this year and the total no. of questions has been reduced to 60.

Question: What is the minimum academic qualification required to apply for the test ?

Candidate should be a graduate from any recognised University/ Candidate should be a graduate from any recognised University/ Institution of National Importance and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent in graduation.

Question: When will the admit card of the SNAP test be available for students ?

The SNAP admit card will be live from December 02, 2024 (Monday) for SNAP Test 1, December 09, 2024 (Monday) for SNAP Test 2 and December 15, 2024 (Sunday) for SNAP Test 03

Question: When should candidates expect the SNAP 2024 result ?

SNAP 2024 test results will be declared on January 08, 2025.

Question: Is there any use of an Admit card after the SNAP 2024 exam is over ?

Yes, the Admit Card will be required in the counselling process. In case the original admit card is lost, a new one will not be issued.

Question: What is the admission procedure for the SNAP 2024 Exam ?

To get into any of the Symbiosis MBA colleges, the first thing that an aspirant needs to do is to qualify for the SNAP entrance test.

Symbiosis MBA Application Process:

Step 1 - Visit the official registration portal at www.snaptest.org

Step 2 - Click on the new user tab (Register Here)

Step 3 - Read the terms and conditions and click on ‘I agree’

Step 4 - Re-login and fill the SNAP registration form 2024

Step 5 - Enter the OTP & validate your mobile no. Also, verify your email id.

Step 6 - Pay the SNAP registration fee

Step 7 - Fill part II of the registration form along with the required details about your preferred colleges.

Step 8 - Make Payment for the programme(s)/college(s) selected.

Please remember that the Symbiosis Test Secretariat will authenticate the payment details and will send you an email to your registered mail id, confirming your payment for SNAP Test 2024. You will be able to view the SNAP Admit Card, only after the payment is authenticated.

Symbiosis MBA Selection Process:

If the candidate gets shortlisted for a programme applied to (based on the overall SNAP percentile), he/she would be required to participate in the further admission process (GE-PI) of that particular programme.

You need to stay updated with the respective Institute websites for information and dates of GE-PI. The further admission process will be conducted separately for each programme by each Institute.

Question: I have cleared SNAP 2024, is it necessary to appear in the Group Exercise?

Yes, it is mandatory for the shortlisted aspirants to appear for all the tests of GE-PI to be eligible for admission to any PG program of Symbiosis International (Deemed University).
